3D Modelling
As with both our Virtual Tour and Virtual Object services, it's fantastic to be able to view an interactive scene or object in near real life quality, but what if what you want to visualise doesn't exist? Our answer is to integrate all our technologies and services to create near photo realistic 3D renderings that both virtual tours and virtual objects can be taken from.
3D Modelled Virtual Tour
Due to our architectural 3D and CAD experience we can project your designs and plans to create a realistic 3D modelled virtual tour with textures  and furniture to create a representation of either commercial or domestic surroundings which may merely be an aid for the local planners or to sell a property off plan.
As well as actually creating and modelling the 3D representations, we understand that a number of architects and designers have in-house technicians who have 3D modelling experience too, which is why we can also offer our services to export a customers complete 3D model and convert it into a spherical 360 x 180 interactive virtual tour which is viewable in all the output mediums available to the photographic virtual tour services including embedding hyperlinks, audio and automatic rotation.

3D Renders & Animations
Often called fly-by's, 3D animations or renders of a specific scene allow the consumer to view what you want them to as there is no form of interactivity.

3D Floor Plans
An alternative and effective method of navigation within a virtual tour is the use of maps or scenes which depict the layout of the virtual tour. For instance a tour of a house could use a CAD floor plan or 3D representation of each floor as a means of navigating between each room as the user can jump from room to room instead of navigating to the intended room or destination.
Music & Audio Description
IT can often be an advantage to include music with a 3D animation, to set the scene and provide an atmosphere to further immerse the user within the virtual environment. Spoken word may also be included to clearly describe the subject.
 Viewable and Export Medium
3D modelled virtual tours and virtual objects are viewable in the same way as the photographic virtual tours and objects. 3D Renders & Animat9ions are available in a number of industry standard digital formats including DVD.
Still images & Prints
High resolution still images can also be requested at the same time as rendering the 3D images which can be made for print or CD.
